If you're open to it a few boys school have kindergarten. Might be easier to get in.
(No need to commit to sending to that school)

She is amazing but does an older three group(turning four January-August)

1) im not sure it's actually easier to get in.
2) but even if you can get in (usually because it's a less popular school, you might have big problems trying to get in to the primaries of your choice. The yeshivos will tell you that you have a school already and to just continue into the primary affiliated with the yeshiva kindergarten.
It's just the reality.
Going to a kindergarten just won't make things easier for OP.
