How do I do that?
I only have a George Foreman grill.

The George Foreman will suck out the juice and make the steak dry (and lines will be faint). Get an inexpensive grill pan.

Heat up a grill pan on high heat then put the meat/fish/veggies on. Lower the heat if needed to continue cooking.

Make sure you don't move the steaks until they are ready to be flipped.

Get the grill pan super super hot. The test to see if it’s hot enough is to splash some water and see it pebble up, not sizzle. Then put the steak in and don’t move it until it’s ready to be flipped.

Yes just check the listing to make sure it’s unseasoned and then season it yourself. Look up on google how to season cast iron yourself. Also I like the square grill pans , they fit more.

The one you posted holds 1 steak at a time.

This handle folds for storage.

The secret to perfectly seared steak is a tiny shmear of mayo on the steak
If you want the steak rare you do it on high
If you want a longer cook lower the flame accordingly

Cool. Do you do this on the grill too?
