Not sure about returns. But my husband likes brooks brothers, Costco (last I checked they didn't have though), and recently I bought ai stone and he was happy with them.
The one I got from ai stone didn't have a pocket but I see online that they do have that option.

this is what we did. The shirts go on sale pretty often for 3 shirts for $99 and occasionally for even cheaper. It costs a few extra dollars to add the pocket
