Just purchased an outdoor grill.
Grilled some baby chicken with oil and spices.

I can use more ideas.
Please be very specific with instructions, as in time and temp

Would love chicken, meats, veggies and more

This is my favorite grilled chicken recipe. I usually try to marinate at least overnight

My best overall advice is to use an instant read meat thermometer for the best results for anything yu cook

Unbelievable Chicken

Servings: 6

Ingredients

¼ cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons prepared coarse-ground mustard
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 lime, juiced
½ lemon, juiced
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
ground black pepper to taste
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

In a large glass bowl, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil. Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate 8 hours, or overnight.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.

Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the prepared grill, and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear. Discard marinade.

Thank you! Looks Yum! What do you use the thermometer for?

On the grill simple is usually better. (Chicken does need more as it's dry otherwise)
Meats we do any steak which we find a good piece of, sprinkle salt (optional- black pepper) and grill 3-5 min a side depending on thickness and how well done you want it. Remove from grill, cover tightly with foil and let sit for 5 min or so for juices to settle. Cut into thin slices when eating. YUM!

Good on the grill plain:
Onions sliced
Peach halves
Pineapple sliced

Seasoned: (oil, salt, if you like - black pepper/ herbs)
Eggplant, zucchini

Because different animal proteins have different temperatures that indicate when they are best.

You need minimum temperature for food safety but if you overlook the meat will be dry and overdone.

For steaks, depending on how you want the meat eg rare, medium rare, the temperature is different
