Anyone have $2M to give away???

It's so frustrating!! We're growing out of our apartment BARUCH HASHEM A BAJILLION TIMES OVER💓 and I found the perfect home, in exactly the location we want, and it's just under $2M 😭😭😭😭

Anyone know how I can make that money asap lol?? Told my husband today was the perfect day to rob a bank😂

same here we are in an apartment and need a house but can't afford now. Somehow there is a plan ... I made a spreadsheet of moving out of town ideas but none seem viable right now very frustrating learning how to be happy with what I have and trying to figure out a way to up our income.

OP I’m in the same boat of bursting out of my apartment and totally feel for you! Everything is insanely ridiculously priced! Which area are you finding a house for even 2 million? I’m in brooklyn and the pricing is way over that and it’s so discouraging!! Moving out isn’t an option for us and I feel stuck

Hot take...maybe don't find the perfect house?
We didn't find a perfect house at all. It fits us but is very small and we compromised a lot. But yknow what? We have a house. An adorable, teensy house with a backyard. And it's ours and our mortgage doesn't go up and we don't have to move or have a landlord stomping above us. I'm sure we could've found the perfect house for 2 million but we could afford the house we have and I could sleep at night.
