What am I doing wrong? I'm using quality nail polish (essie) with a top coat.
It looks great as I'm painting and then like an hour later there are these tiny "bubbles".
Am I applying it wrong? not waiting for it to dry fully?

Bubbles are caused by applying too thick a coat. Add a drop of thinner to the bottle.

Try shaking the bottle and gently banging it against your hand before applying
