Wondering if anyone has ideas of what I can ask for in terms of salary. I work in a girl's school for almost 20 years and I am paid well - close to $50/hr. I'm good at what I do, and always step up to the plate when they need me. I've recently gotten into grant management - managing all the various state and federal grants - this year was about $500,000 and they are looking to make this my official job. I also proof most communication and write a lot of the promotional materials. How much do you think I can ask for working 15 hours a week - being available not just at my desk in the office - but also at any hour when an email has to go out to the parents. I am paid over 10 months as I never worked in the summer - but now will have to do summer work on an as needed basis when something is due.
Any insight would be appreciated. TIA
