Maybe you can alter one of the regular ones you have by cutting out a half moon on the front of the skirt and replacing with a stretchy fabric like an undershirt or any other jersey? Or get someone to do it for you?

It does not exist- I’ll save you the time. I went through multiple pregnancies. Buy a couple of regular ones and have a good seamstress alter them

They dont exist. Ive always just bought a size bigger, but if you buy like a belly band you could have it sewn oneasily.
