What restaurants have good "make your own salad" bar

Husband wants to order dinner tonight for special occasion.

I am in first trimester and can't stomach the thought of any food, but its important to him to have some semblance of a party. My usual cereal and rice cakes and gatorade don't cut it lol.

The only food I would consider is a salad, any restaurants have salad bars with lots and lots of add-in options so I can pick what I might eat? (lets see it actually go down)

Open to any other ideas of other stuff to order. Not going near anything fleishig, maybe dairy? looked through some restaurants menus and wanted to vomit just from the food descriptions. TMI

Aisle 9 in Jackson has a big salad bar. It’s not a restaurant though.

Not a restaurant but I love kosher wests salad bar -reasonable too. Also j2 pizza in gourmet Glatt plaza

I used to get salad at bun burger when I was pregnant. Lots of vegetable add ins and a protein.
