I was playing around with my phone and by mistake changed my password. I have no idea what I changed it too. I have face recognition but I must have the 4 digit option too. Is there anyway I can change it without doing a full reset and loosing all my data? If I want to take it off it asks me first for the 4 digit pin. I'm loosing my mind. Anywhere in Brooklyn I can go to have it fixed?

I’m so sorry.. I think this should just be a giant kaparah.. someone I know had the same thing happen, and she just called the phone company and told them the situation and they basically told her just to reset everything snd she did.. she didn’t lose it all Bc it was all stored in the cloud.. do you have that option

I dont have unlimited tries but I managed to get it unlocked through face recognition and keep it this way for now. I got it through "find my device". Thank you
