Aishel, but I don't know if they will do only one night. It's somewhere in Pennsylvania.
It's an old army academy bought by a frum person. It has a 30 room mansion, military like dorms, and a bunch of town houses.
I know they rent for yeshivos and family reunions.

check out sites like reservekosher and the sister sites of floridakoshervillas. I think they have options for a lot of people.
also, I think there is a guy in Monroe who has such a business, renting out homes for these types of things. I saw it advertised.
