What are easy and not too messy sensory bucket ideas for 2-6 year olds? I know there are many ideas on Instagram and pinterest but I can't search on my filtered phone. Tia

Well sensory buckets by nature will be messy. You can let the kids do it outside.
Rice
Water beads
Beans
Sand
Moon sand
Shaving cream
And put little toys or objects in to make it more interesting
