An American bochur around 21 would like to go to Eretz Yisroel. He would want a yeshiva similar in level and hashkafa to the Mir.

Preferable it would have a Bais Medrash on the ground floor etc because elevators can break and then what? It might be possible to arrange a dirah etc separately although a dormitory that h/c accessible would be great.

If anyone has suggestions we would appreciate.

why don't you start off with finding out where is a best fit for his style/hashkfah, once you have a little short lis you can contact them to find out the specifics of accommodating him, seems much easier than doing the reverse
