If I'm going to Eretz Yisroel for a chasuna
where can I go for a night/day for 'vacation'
A really beautiful peaceful hotel with waterfront view
or maybe even for the day - a most beautiful park in Ashdod Yerushalayim or Bet Shemesh

Really beautiful peaceful hotel? People rave about cramim, though there is no water there.

Cramim is very relaxing (no beach)

The Setei on the Kineret is supposed to be nice:

Beresheet in Mitzpeh Ramon ($$$, no sea, but beautiful desert surroundings)

Many of these are pricey (not sure if that is a factor), and I don't know what hecshers you need.

The dead sea is extremely relaxing IMHO.

Teverya is hands down my favorite especially now in the summer. Some really nice hotels there.
