saccharomyces boulardii probiotic,
I want a good one and I understood that the real live ones need refrigeration.
all of them inc kosher I have seen (which I need) require no refrigeration.
what is the advantage of no refrigeration. I am looking for the opposite?

is it better than getting the 50 billion one from nutri supreme?
is this a really good brand? I am in the uk - where can I get it?

Someone recommended to me here Florastor.
I take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach.
Needs no refrigerator.
I’ve been taking it about a month and see great improvement. I’ve had IBS symptoms for a few months prior to starting it.

I drink a coffee about 20-30 minutes later. I read online that coffee is okay with probiotic. It actually helps it pass through the intestines quicker. Breakfast is usually about 2 hours after taking it.
Btw I tried other probiotics with no results. BH I finally found one that helps me.
