I can’t get it where I live & wanted to bake a recipe from her cookbook.
I’m on the paleo diet & wondered if I could just sub almond flour.
& coconut sugar?? Does it taste like coconut ?

No. It is a mix of coconut, arrowroot and other flour

It doesn't taste like that. Has a more mellow flavor. And is fluffy.

Ingredients are almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot flour. Maybe try mixing the 3? Do you have something like iherb where you live if you can't buy the flours locally?

I love her cookbook. And I hate to patchka. I have found lots of recipes that I use and reuse.
Most of her recipes that call for her grain free flour have an option to use almond flour instead. Usually it takes more almond flour than grain free flour.

Make sure to buy the exra fine almond flour if you want to sub.
