Anyone see /have experience with kosher Iceland tours ? Looking to do do something special me and dh this summer for big occasion.

You can try contacting https://www.kosherhorizons.com/ who has definitely led many kosher tours in Iceland. Otherwise, you can easily do it yourself and either bring food or order from the local Chabad (https://www.jewishiceland.com/visitors).

Whats your chance you will get minyan every day in the summer?

If you go on a guided tour you should be set. Otherwise reach out to Chabad of Reykjavik and ask them. They don't have enough locals for a daily minyan, so it will depend on visitors. Bein Hazmanim would be your best bet, though honestly, it would be a shame to go to such a beautiful country and be tied down to Reykjavik and unable to see the best parts that are hours away. An organized tour would be a much better option to give you the best of both worlds.

The organized tour is staying in one location and not switching hotels.
