I struggle with this every year I have no idea what to get the teachers (all female) for my preschool aged kids. I don’t live in the states. What do I get? What’s an appropriate amount to spend? And what about assistants do they get the same?

I get the preschool morahs a small plant (last year was a leaf plant, this year was a small orchid) I spend less than $10. I also write a detailed personal card.
At this point in the year, I am done with the expensive gifting. I already gave enough for chanukah and purim
