Endocrinologist told me to take .25 for two weeks then straight to .5 for the next two weeks. So far 2 weeks on .25 not sure I lost any weight. In the beginning I would get full very quickly and nauseous very quickly. Now I feel nothing and I’m craving bread all the time. Why is this not working for me?? I’ve already tried Phentermine but had bad side effects and it didn’t work either.

Ozempic /wegovy doesn't work well for me. I don't have bad side effects but I barely feel a difference on the highest dose. It's a bummer.

So what are you going to do? I'm afraid I'm in the same boat but I'm desperate to lose weight.

I am waiting for mounjaro to be approved for weight loss (so it will be covered by my insurance). I took it when it first came out and it was truly miraculous for me. If that doesn't work for me, I got nothin'.

Started first dose of .05 this week. The only difference I feel is being nauseous after the injection. I’m still craving ice cream and bread. Wondering if I should do 4 weeks on .05 versus only 2 that my dr suggested. Why would she only do 2 weeks on each dose?
