Should I first use one strain of probiotic?

does this make sense?

should I first use s boulardii on its own for after anti biotic use and if I suspect sibo, parasites etc and then
use a good probiotic with diff strains to populate?

Why is s boulardii different from other strains?
If you suspect sibo, s boulardii can make things worse. You want to first kill off the. Ad guys, and then repopulate. Either with a single strain, or multiple.

You can try it and see how you feel. But I personallg wouldn't rely on it to do the killing if there was serious overgrowth going on. At best it will crowd it out somewhat.

I dont know for sure, just to be on safe side.

I posted on here before about ds that has discomfort after eating and feels urge to pass stool. has also had anti biotic recently. can never know if has candida or parasites which I read first teat with s boulardi and then repopulate.

can I give it to my other kids too even if they dont show any major symptoms of needing it?
isnt it a strain found in kefir yogurt etc?

you mean abx support 2 hrs before food?

I am actually giving pure encapsulation s boulardii only.

If the child is currently taking antibiotics, dose the probiotic 2 hours away from the antibiotic
