I have a teen who is going to a 4 week camp for the first time. He has mild EF challenges, and he's not good with socks at home, takes them off soon after arrival, leaves them in whatever room he's in.

What's the best and most time/cost effective way to make sure he's not barefoot at the end of 2 weeks? I'm using stick on labels and laundry marker to label the rest of his clothes.

Do they make those write on socks for boys like they have for girls?

Should I plan to send him a package with more, after 2 weeks? Teach him to safety pin them together?

I send 2 sock bags. Clean socks in one bag. When they take of their socks, put it in the second one. That one goes to the laundry. Comes bag clean. Start all over using the other one for dirty this time. All the same socks, so no need to match them.
