Does anyone know anything about the area? The houses are large and beautiful.

The entire area is full of hills, very hard to walk. There almost isn't flat road there.
I know people that have a vacation home there, I don't think many frum jews live there year round.

There is actually a vibrant frum neighborhood there. The area is beautiful and hilly like the rest of the area and a nice place to live. I don’t have more personal knowledge of it though.

There are definitely frum people there . My daughters classmate lives there. Beautiful area.

Any shuls or in house minyanim?
Can anyone specify which area people are moving into?
I knew there is lubavitch but recently heard that JPF and yeshivish people are slowly moving there and wanted to know if that was true...

It is basically an extension from Pomona / Thiells crowd

Pomona and Thiells are very different from each other.
OP why not ask a realtor to connect you with a few of the families there so you can get a feel?

Pomona and thiells are not exactly the same...
I mean thiells has some pomona type but definitely has more yeshivishe family as well.
I would be happy if it ends up being similar to thiells.

So we did speak to a realtor briefly but she made it sound like it was more like up and coming and only had a basic idea of what type of community it would end up being... We are also not the type to connect to random people Hiding

also its important to know with the schools because not every school would be willing to send transportation so far (unless you don't mind carpooling)

Look up Shulamit Kind on Google. She is a Monsey realtor who lives in Stony Point and can give you an idea of the community etc.
