my son went to striveright. it's in Flatbush. it was for about 3-4 hours a day but with transportation it was much longer. they picked him up like 11 am and he came home about 5. It was a classroom setting where he learned all sorts of things. the school was created for hearing impaired so there were some hearing impaired students but many hearing children as well. I don't know if the school still does this etc. since its as like 6 years ago but that's what it was like. they had English and yiddish classes. you can look into that school it was amazing he grew tremendously during the time he was there. I didn't want to take him out but they he aged out of early intervention.
