Is there hope or should I throw them out and start fresh?
It's nothing too special, just regular carter's type onesies and stretchies, but I wouldn't want them to go to waste if they can be saved.

It’s very common for stains to develop in storage. Try soaking in Oxiclean overnight and then washing. If it’s something you really want the stain out of or a bad stain, you can spray the stain with a stain remover and sprinkle Oxiclean over the stain and remover before soaking.

Update: I soaked in oxiclean for about a day, changed the water about halfway through, and then washed in the machine regular. Almost all the stains came out. A couple of pieces still had stains and I just didn't care enough to keep trying so I threw those out but most of the wardrobe was salvaged.
