Get baby his own seat. Even if you end up holding him most of the time, you can use it for all of the things you'll be juggling.

To be honest, one of my easiest ages to fly with ever!! I’ve flown to Israel multiple times with that age. I find the 15 months to 3 years old the hardest age to fly with
Make sure you get them their own seat, they’ll most likely sleep
