There are meals at the Waldorf, which are beautiful, but quite pricey (480 nis pp last time I checked). Friday night, in particular, is a big scene. There are lots of bochurim who sing and it's spirited for a public place. You have to make reservations in advance at the hotel and prepay. If you're staying in an apartment, you could get takeout from someplace on Emek Refaim, Geula, or Machaneh Yehudah. The Prima Kings on King George is a little walk from that area (although, I'm pretty sure there's a short cut). You might be able to arrange prepaid meals there and they probably are less expensive than the Waldorf.

Almost all major hotels offer Shabbat meals for which you can prepay. The only time they don't offer this option during very high season (holidays) when their dining rooms will be 100% full with their own guests.
As noted above, this is a pricey option, but it's easy.
If you want a less expensive option you can order prepared food and eat in your apartment.
