I'm seeing so many threads about the Lakewood office/billing pay rates but looking for current information on normal/avg pay for the Monsey area.
Would anyone share?
- if its a business office vs. school/yeshiva type office
- If higher skilled or entry level responsibilities
- If they pay like standard hours for days like yom tov or cholhamoed
- How many years experience - what # is for someone with 1 yr vs 5 yrs vs. 10 yrs of good experience
Manage a few people and will be doing hiring soon and trying to get a good feel for whats really out there.
