4.5 tsp yeast dissolved in warm water with a little sugar - let it bubble for a few minutes
Then add
8 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp salt
About 3 cups of water.. after 2 cups I add slowly until the texture is right
Makes 2 loaves
Or 3 small loaves
