What do the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments go for? Are they nice and are the living areas and bedrooms a good size?

I live in Bates area. There's all type - everyone is welcomed here.. Chasidish, litvish, yeshivish..
Regarding apartments it's regular pricing.. I live in the older houses - 4 bedroom apartment and rent is $2,800.00 - nice big size..

It’s up to $3300-3500 for the 4 bedroom apartments there
Is there a manager to contact for rental inquiries or are the buildings all privately owned?
Amother Firebrick, which specific area/street do you live in? Maybe the apartments there are cheaper because they are older? We're fine with older if they are nice.
What streets/areas are more mainstream litvish or are all areas a mix?

The bates development itself is all privately owned

The houses are privately owned. It's not a rental development, there aren't generally rentals available there. People live upstairs and rent out their 2 bedroom walk in apartment. Or when people move out of their homes, they may rent it out instead of selling.

bates consists of bates horton and witzel and its all a mix. its not one area chadidim and one litvish its a real mix.
witzel is only newer homes the rest have new and old homes.
rent everywhere went up. imho bates is the nicest complex in all of monsey.
