They have some stuff at the alterations store under yesh.

There is a store in lev harama in bet, and also shiluvim in bet.

It's called a sidkit, you'll find ads for more options in the circulars.

For fabric, highly recommend super baad on nehar hayarden.
For ribbons and other sewing accessories, definitely the place in lev harama (sidkishut) but I think they are closed in the afternoon hours. The other store, shiluvim, on nehar hayarden, just past r' Yehuda hanasi is open all day iirc, but the store is more difficult to navigate.
