Are all the other kids in pictures or its the same few each time? The reason I ask is because I work in a school and I ask the kids if they want their picture in the newsletter or not. Some always do and others never want to be in and that's ok and I would not make them. Is there any chance he is saying he doesn't want it taken?

If they really are just forgetting him, I am so sorry. Every child deserves to feel important and wanted in the pictures.
