You mean a digital scrapbook? I had my wedding album done very professionally by Dina Kurtz she's super creative and does a beautiful job. She's not cheap though. Really higher end.

She helps with choosing the pics, and can edit if needed and the finished product is superior to anything I've seen

I had in mind to send the person my pics and they would make it look graphically nice-some big some small some background words pics blending into each other....
I would pay 100-200$ for the printed album
