I will be moving into a new home, please gd, in a few weeks. The kitchen has a fridge that does not have shabbos mode. Does anyone have experience with covering the light sensor with a magnet? If so, which magnet have you used? The fridge has LED lights throughout so it is not as simple as just unscrewing a bulb. For reference, it's the LG French Door model (2018). Thank you!

I think I have that fridge (not sure the year)
There are two little white switch kind of things on the top where the door closes. That's the 'sensor'
I bought from Town Appliance (Lakewood), little white things that you can slide on them to keep them down which makes it as if the fridge is always closed so the light never turns on.

I got the magnets from Home Depot.
Go into YouTube and do a search for LG fridge shabbos magnet.
There a guy who demonstrates where to put the magnets
