What's shalom bayis kugel? That's what we jokingly call the extra potato kugel in my house so I don't get upset when family members eat too much potato kugel erev shabbos or Yom tov. Didn't know it was a real thing.

shalom bayis kugel is a kugel with 3 parts (so that everyone in the family is happy):
it's potato kugel, yerushalmi kugel, and kishka kugel in one.
I don't make it - they sell it in my grocery.
