First you would need a student body and then you could fundraise from the student body. No one donates to a school they're not in some way affiliated with.

Unfortunately, may people have "shidduchim anxiety disorder" (SAD) and refuse to send their kids to the "new high school" in Lakewood because they fear it'll look "nebach" on them that they didn't get into the other schools in Lakewood so they had no choice but to send to the new school.

Then not many people want to send to that school so then it closes down....

If it’s in a neighborhood where people keep moving to I think it can go well. You need to be able to have a board and a plan. All those people paying 50K for a slot can add up to a nice amount!

I think if you started a go fund me for a new school In Lakewood to be able to open on solid ground instead of needing to build itself up, I think that would be worthwhile. I don't know what other ppl think.

Money isn’t an issue in opening a new high school in lakewood, there are wealthy people willing to sponsor. It’s finding principals and people to run the school that’s the issue

Your school will get all the outcasts and will collapse due to lack of funding. Watched it happen.
