WWYD/package didn't arrive: UPDATE

I was supposed to receive an order on Friday. I got an update on Friday that the package was delivered, but I hadn't received it. I checked the surrounding houses, package wasn't there. This morning, someone dropped off a soggy package at my house. Seems like it was delivered to them.
I'm debating if I should contact the store to tell them that the package didn't arrive? Or should I just let it go? Wwyd?

Tell the store it was delivered to the wrong address and you got a soggy package. I'm not sure if the items inside were affected by the sogginess. If it was, I would ask for a replacement. If not, why would you do that?

Are the contents inside wet and ruined? I’ve had plenty wet packages be perfectly dry inside because they are packaged in layers.
If your item was ruined you have every right to get a refund since it wasn’t delivered to you.

They use their own delivery service, they don't ship via ups/fedex/usps.

So notify them that it arrived late and wet and now you have no use for it, not that it didn’t arrive.

It didn't arrive to me through them though. They didn't deliver the package to me. I was supposed to have it on Friday morning to use on yom tov, but I did not.
I think I'll tell them that it wasn't delivered to me and someone brought it over 3 days later all wet.

How is it not their problem that I didn't receive the delivery & that it was delivered to a different address?
They use their own courier service. I paid for express next day shipping. I didn't receive it express next day.

I would def call the store and explain exactly what happened. Say the story like it is. You ordered an item for YT, paid express shipping and did not receive it before YT. It was delivered to the wrong address and was dropped off after YT soggy and wet when you no longer had use for it…

I went through the entire package now, some items are wet.
I'll contact them and tell them what happened.
Besides for that I paid for express delivery & didn't receive it on Friday.
