Im wondering how isolated of an experience this is.
I dont usually buy costoco's Kirkland salmon (bag from freezer section.)
A few months ago I bought it and some of the pieces had bones (despite the bag saying boneless).
Now I bought some for Rosh Hashana and again a few pieces had bones, and some were thick and long!
Is this typical?
If so I dont think I'll be buying again, but im wondering if I was just unlucky

I used to only buy this salmon, but over the last year or two ive ALWAYS found bones. Its very frustrating. Ive switched to Wegmans or Target frozen salmon and bh havent had any issues yet

We've had this happen sporadically for years. For some reason one kid of mine tends to get the bony ones...I guess that means about one piece a package...
But I like the quality so I keep on buying...
It's not so cheap any more though ðŸ˜
