Looking for ideas of healthy lunches I can take to work.
I am a nursing mother so need to be somewhat substantial, but not too carby.

I don't like bread or sandwiches, so that makes it harder.

Some of what I already do:
salmon salad
tuna and whole wheat crackers

Need many more ideas.

Thanks!

Don't like yogurt or hummus Sad
Thanks for the ideas, though.

In real life I am so not a picky eater, I guess I just don't like sandwiches or cold food so much. I love warm real food.

Like I love pasta, calzones, pizza, etc and I do have a way to warm it up, but trying to eat more healthfully so looking for better options.

Keep the ideas coming!

Quinoa salad with roasted veggies
Potato salad
Greek salad
Avocado corn salad
Honey teriyaki salmon and string beans
Turkey wrap
Soup

You can buy something called a hot logic and plug it into an outlet to warm up your food

You can bring hearty soups, stews, etc in a mini crock pot food warmer: https://www.crock-pot.com/spec.....rock/
