I only have a plan for the first days. Lucky me my guests for the first days offered to make one full meal , so since I’m working Erev Yom Tov that meal will be the first meal and I only have to think of the last three . She gave me her menu though so I’m listing it

I'm going to use a gf vanilla cake mix and put the batter onto a sheet pan. I'll drop 2 cherries (from a can of pie filling every 4 inches or so. (like the size of a cookie) and then when they are baked ill cut them into squares so they will look like flat squares of cake with cherry in the middle of each. There is a real from scratch recipe for this in the purple Lubavitch cookbook. Delicious 😋

Big Cream of Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
4-5 mesh cooking bags
5 lb. Chicken wings
2.3 lb. Chicken bones
1.3 lb. turkey necks
5 lb. chicken tenders, cubed
10 big green squash, peeled
6 cloves fresh garlic
4 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
17 cups water
Directions:
Place the chicken bones, chicken wings & turkey necks in mesh cooking bags.
Cut chicken tenders into bite sized pieces & place into a mesh bag or two.
Place the bags into 18QT pot. Place the peeled squash into the pot.
Add fresh garlic, salt & pepper.
Add wjust about covering.
Bring soup to a boil. Cook on medium heat for a good 4 hours
Once done, remove mesh bags with bones/wings and discard.
Put aside bags of cubed chicken.
Using an immersion blender blend all the squash well till incorporated. Add cubed chicken into the pot of soup.
