Playing “doctor”- until what age is it normal

Found Ds 9 and dd 6 playing “doctor” a few times in the past few weeks. I told them it’s not appropriate in a closed room, and they always denied doing anything not appropriate. Today, dd admitted that they “check” their privates, and stick in a finger quickly, with gloves.
I’m freaking out. Is it still normal for this age? Both seemed to know it’s wrong, but…
