Click on "Upload images" tab
after uploading the image, highlight and copy the address it gives you
Then Click on "Post image" tab and paste, then press enter.

you could also just add [img] before the link, and at the end of the link add [/img]
[img] https://I.imgur.com/V8bbsg7.jpg [/img] without those two spaces, it will generate an image
