Can I take the slow release ibuprofen or Tylenol? Exclusively nursing

Yes totally fine. Don’t take Advil ones while pregnant though, take Tylenol instead.

I use the kali zom when I'm nursing. I find it helps me stay hydrated.

This. Advil = Ibuprofen, not recommended.
