there's a place on Quentin Road- I think in the high 20's or 30's- he sells a lot of his seforim and Jewish books on ebay. If you go on ebay and post the sefarim you are looking for, there is a good chance his offerings will come up.
There is also Seforim World on 16th avenue between 44th and 45th, which sells many used sefarim. The owner is a nice and helpful person.

the one on 16th and 49th that was called Frankel's changed hands many years ago- I do not believe the new place, Scharf's Judaica, sells used seforim. Pinter's,which does, is on 14th. But Seforim World, which also does, is on 16th avenue between 44th and 45th. Do not confuse it with Bigeleisen's, which is two doors away. Hatzlachah
