What’s my least harmful option from all extreme options?
Weight loss surgery?
Shots?
Drops?
Balls on ears?
Pills? Which?
Please don’t tell me that they’re all unhealthy and I should stay fat aka regular diet. Tried them for years without success. What’s my next best bet?
Btw, I did well on the e-hcg drops diet many years ago. Does that still exist? I forgot which company it was.

I can't diet either. I recently discovered Forks Over Knives and this is the only one that I have been able to follow over a week. Plenty of carbs, no fat or animal products, but you can eat volume and slowly slim down eating plentiful and healthy.

Overeaters anonymous works for me tyh. The only weight loss I ever lost so significantly and sustained. I was overweight my entire life until then

macros is based on carbs in foods, fats and protein. not calories.
