I want to hollow out strawberries and fill with melted chocolate. How can I freeze it without the chocolate spilling everywhere??

Empty egg carton is a good idea. Or maybe an ice cube tray

Are you planning to serve them frozen? The strawberry will go very mushy when it defrosts.

You can also fill them with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate on top. Though I don't think I'd freeze them.

It has to be eaten fresh or else the strawberries will become mushy and liquid when defrosted.
Or you can eat them frozen, but it's hard to bite in to a frozen piece of chocolate.

This. Defrosted strawberries are watery and mushy.
