I am looking for some inspiration to help me focus on what these days are all about. Can anyone recommend a good shiur for me to listen to while I cook for shabbos now ?

You can probably google your favorite speakers + teshuva/Tishrei/Yom Kippur/etc.

Besides great suggestions here, already and to come, what speaks to you? Are there particular mitzvos you want to grow in? Listen to shiurim about those areas. That's excellent for this (or any) time of year.

I really enjoyed this, thank you! I never wondered why we sing Ashamnu in such an uplifting voice...but it's incongruous, and such an obvious question now that I've heard it! And the speaker is so sincere and authentic, it's refreshing.

Rabbi Kalish has a podcast with all his shiurim. There are so many I cant listen to them all but hes really fantastic.
