I ate a piece of a Chocolate Chip Bar w crunchy crust and soft inside.

It tasted amazing and Im working on getting the recipe. It may be made with margarine, which I try not to use.

Does anyone make something that sounds like this, with oil (no margarine, no shortening, no butter)?

Ive made this recipe and I loved it. Thats what I may have eaten.
