Can anyone recommend a really good mattress? Not trying to economize; I have health issues that mean it has to be a good one w good support.

You need to go to a mattress store physically and try out mattresses in person.

People find different mattresses comfortable for them - coil springs; memory foam or latex - people like one or the other.

Buying a mattress on the internet would be a terrible way for someone who needed a great mattress to purchase because there is no way to test it to see if you like.

FWIW paying for an adjustable bed frame is a real lifesaver for anyone who wants a really comfortable bed with support as necessary.
