I think she said she learned it in seminary
Maybe it was with a box of near East rice? It might have had sautéed onion and some other ingredients…
She wrote that she saw someone making this rice and it was so easy and looked so fancy.
In my mind I planned on trying out this recipe but now I can’t remember which thread it was.
Does it sound familiar to anyone?

I'm sorry it doesn't. For future, if it's posted in recipes, there's a little icon at the bottom that allows you to save it to your 'recipe box' so you can easily find it again.
I make this rice from between car pools and it goes down well.
