I have no idea why I bought it but it caught my eye and I did. What to do with it? Can I freeze it once it's cooked? Better to freeze raw and cook right before serving? Please advise. Thank you!

400 covered for 1 hour and 45 min add 2 tbsp water to bottom of the the loaf pan that you're baking it in
